Can't believe I only lost 1lb last week. Another lousy 1lb week. What is really frustrating is that I was even more careful last week than the week before. I managed 4 work outs on the bike last week and now that I have a heart rate monitor (thanks dad) I know I really am working hard and consistently. I was even better behaved with food and also spent part of Saturday chasing C around one of those kids soft play things with a massive slide (hard work but tremendous fun).
I'm not as down about it as last week but am still not very happy. I really don't know how what more I can do.

Try not to be too dispondant (sp)! you have lost soooo much in the last few months and are still doing really well. It always seems to be the way that when you start losing weight, it comes off by the bucket load at first and then when you are really on a roll and doing so well in the food points department, e.t.c., something slams the brakes on and you feel like it's an uphill struggle. I think it's the body playing games with you, the less weight you have left to lose, the less the body lets go. You are doing a great job, you have survived Xmas and all the trappings that go with it (not easy), so don't beat yourself up, I'm sure I speak for everybody
when I say this. Jes would be so very proud of you as this is like you say "a very big personal challenge" Well done and keep up the great work!
